These Terms govern your use of this website and the marketing services offered by BOC Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”), located at Flat 2304, 23/F Ho King Comm Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide marketing services, including social media and content, paid media, SEO, brand creative, web and landing pages, and email and CRM automation. Descriptions on this site are for information and do not form a binding offer.
Proposals and contracts
A contract is formed only when you accept a written proposal and we confirm it. The proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Changes to scope may change the timeline and fees and will be agreed in writing.
Fees and payment
- Fees are stated in the proposal and are payable on the schedule shown there.
- We may pause work if an invoice is overdue.
- Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from our fees unless the proposal says otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You agree to give us timely access, information, feedback and approvals, and to confirm that you have the rights to any materials you supply. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you. We keep our own tools, templates, methods and any third-party materials, which are licensed under their own terms. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, such as platform changes, competition and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and, failing agreement, submitted to the Hong Kong courts.
